ctDNA Controls & Reference Standards (Trisomy Cell Free gDNA)

(Trisomy Cell Free gDNA)

(Trisomy Cell Free gDNA)

Buffer-based or plasma-based controls are produced by mixing single or multiplexed mutant gene fragments with a native, whole-genome cfDNA background (Figure B).

Anchor Molecular manufactures two types of products: Mutation Quantification Control and Mutation Reference Standard. The user can quantify either the absolute copy numbers or the relative number of the mutant gene fragments.

AM Multiplexed Mutation Quantification Control

  • Function as both positive and negative controls
  • For use in daily assays
  • AF% determined based on average wild-type copy numbers
  • Customized controls available upon request
  • Price upon request
  • (Trisomy Cell Free gDNA)

This product is used as Positive and Negative Controls in daily assays. The AF% is determined based on average wildtype copy numbers. It includes all mutant genes listed in the table below. Custom products with different parameters are available upon request.

Cat. No.Base Matrix (vol)Allele Frequency (%)Wildtype gDNA (ng)
60100101Buffer (25 ul)0 or 2250
60100102EDTA Plasma (5 ml)0 or 250
60100103EDTA Plasma (5 ml)0 or 225

AM Multiplexed Mutation Reference Standard

  • Highest quality reference standards
  • For use in research and assay development
  • Mutant genes at fixed allele frequency (AF%) determined by ddPCR
  • Customized reference standards available upon request
  • Price upon request

Mutant genes are made at fixed allele frequency (AF%) determined by ddPCR. The product includes all mutant 37 mutant genes listed in red in the table below. Custom products with different parameters are available upon request.
